To organise the check-in, we will need your flight number, city of origin, and estimated time of arrival to Lanzarote island. We kindly ask you to let us know as soon as you get here for us to provide you with the key. You can get in touch with us on:

Enquiries and emergencies

If you have any questions or emergencies during your stay, you can phone the same numbers from 08:00 to 20:00 or send us an email to the following email address: nestoraidtenerife@gmail.com

Check-in times

The check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00. We can offer early check-in from 12.00 am, upon previous request and subject to availability. If you are planning on arriving after 20:00, please let us know so we can provide you with the keys. The latest time you can check-out is 11.00 am, but upon previous request and depending on the availability, we could extend it until five pm.

Requests and rules

If you require a cot, a high chair or a barbecue, please inform the staff in advance. We can guarantee you will get some decent peace and quiet: parties and loud noises are not allowed.
