- For villas number 2-17, access is via the communal gate, where you need to enter the code to open the door to the complex. The code is 2542A (2542A Exit). You can park your car inside your assigned villa. At the villa door, enter the number we sent you into the key safe box. The key fob includes an electronic key to deactivate the alarm.
- For villas number 19-26, you need to enter via the side street (Calle Laurel), which is to the right of the main entrance to the complex. - Any claims or complaints the guest may have against the lessor regarding the condition and/or operation of the property or the furniture must be made in writing, either on the online booking platform or by email, and no later than twenty-four (24) hours, so that the lessor can take the necessary measures to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Places of interest

Papagayo Beaches
For many, these are the best beaches in Lanzarote, simply spectacular and completely unspoiled. These beaches are located in the south of the island, very close to the Playa Blanca Beach Mate villas.

Playa Dorada
Playa Dorada is a semi-urban beach located halfway between Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicón harbour. It has golden sand and crystal-clear waters. It offers all kinds of services and is, without a doubt, one of the most visited beaches in the south of Lanzarote.

Playa Flamingo
Playa Flamingo is one of the best options for enjoying a family beach day with the little ones. Its calm, clear waters of an intense turquoise blue make family fun its main focus. It is accompanied by a small but lively promenade with restaurants and a few shops.

Marina Rubicón
In Marina Rubicón, in the heart of Playa Blanca, you can find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques, supermarkets, and many other services, such as paddle and tennis courts. At Marina Rubicón, you can also enjoy numerous water activities, sports, and excursions across the island of Lanzarote.

Charco de los Clicos (Green Pool)
On the west coast of Lanzarote, you can find a landscape of contrasts. Here, the crater of an ancient volcano plunges into the Atlantic Ocean, creating a lake known as Charco de los Clicos, declared a Nature Reserve. Its green colour, caused by the algae at the bottom, contrasts with the black sand of El Golfo beach, located barely 100 meters from the lake, and with the blue of the sky and the sea.

La Geria
La Geria, known as the Lanzarote Wine Route, is located in the southwest of the island. It borders Timanfaya National Park on its eastern side. The union of these two significant pieces of land forms one of the most impressive landscape images in the Canary Islands. Numerous wineries operate in the La Geria Protected Landscape, selling internationally awarded wines.

Salinas de Janubio (Salt Flats)
In the past, when the salt industry was of great importance in the Canary Islands, the salt flats were just another part of the islands' landscape. Today, Salinas de Janubio are among the last salt flats in the archipelago and offer a landscape of colours and geometric shapes.

Los Hervideros
Los Hervideros in Lanzarote is one of the most fascinating spectacles that nature can offer on the Island. The best day to visit Los Hervideros is when the sea is rough and the wind is blowing. That's when you can fully enjoy the great spectacle that nature has created in this rugged place. Extreme caution must be taken with children.

Cactus Garden
It houses more than 4,500 cactus plants of over 1,200 different species, originating from areas as distant as Peru, Tanzania, Madagascar, Morocco, the Canary Islands, etc.

Timanfaya National Park
At the beginning of the 18th century, Lanzarote trembled, and rivers of lava began to erupt from the depths of the island in a stunning eruption that would last for years, destroying some of the island's most productive agricultural areas and burying entire villages. Thus, Timanfaya was born.

Los Jameos del Agua
A unique volcanic tunnel, with caves housing an Auditorium, a restaurant, and a saltwater lake. An emblematic spot in Lanzarote, formed by the eruption of the Corona Volcano. It was redesigned by Cesar Manrique in 1966.

Cueva de los Verdes (The Green Cave)
It is located inside a spectacular 6-kilometre-long volcanic tunnel resulting from the eruptions of the Corona Volcano. Be careful with heights!
Restaurants in Lanzarote
Visiting Lanzarote is, without a doubt, an unforgettable culinary experience that invites you to explore and taste the flavours of the land and sea in a spectacular setting. Enjoy your meal! (Buen provecho!)
